A crisis is a team problem. Whether I am on a football pitch or in a command center the principles are the same. You need a clear strategy effective communication and absolute trust in your team.
I have spent a decade at the highest levels of EU crisis response. I managed 25 full-scale MODEX exercises coordinating hundreds of people from 37 different countries. These are not just drills. They are live simulations of chaos. My job was to build the machine that solves it.
As a UEFA B licensed football coach I apply the same mindset to my work. I train teams to anticipate problems adapt to new information and execute objectives under extreme pressure. This philosophy is also the core of Rozilient my digital literacy platform that has reached over 13000 people.
My goal is simple: Build resilient teams that win.
